Bracketless shelves
At Your Size, Not Mine . (NO MDF)
As you can see on the above and below picture with these bracket less shelves, my shelves hold the weight. 25 lbs above and 40 below, once i get more weight ill put more onto it.
Above 10"x 10"x 2 1/2"

(below) 10x36x2-1/2 I did put 10 lbs on the end to make sure it held good.
